Programma: 
Galvanize exchange between Florence and Kawagoe which follow 150th anniversary of Japan-Italy diplomatic relations continued from last year's Milanese expo, implement the project for the purpose of contributing to an exchange of food culture and art in these two areas.  An exchange of charm such as food culture in Saitama and Kawagoe is performed in international tourist town Florence where the birthplace of Renaissance.
A lecture is held in school as ipsseoa Aurelio Saffi in a daytime. An exchange of food culture and art is performed with the students who will participate in a hood business in the future. In the evening deepens the friendship through the culture with local celebrities at a Hibiki-An Florence as the event site.
